By accessing and using StarPEDIA services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not access or utilize StarPEDIA services.These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the StarPEDIA platform, services, and any related features or functionalities provided by StarPEDIA. By accessing or using StarPEDIA, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the StarPEDIA platform.

Definitions

StarPEDIA refers to one of the StarWORKS Global ecosystem services, comprising StarPEDIA websites, YouTube, and Instagram that are developed to offer an inclusive community-driven learning platform that offers an immersive learning experience and works as a portal to present the StarWORKS Global ecosystem and products.

General Provisions

Contractual Relationship

By accessing or using StarPEDIA, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your use of StarPEDIA is voluntary and at your own risk.
StarPEDIA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
StarPEDIA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the services at any time withour prior notice.

Supplementary Terms

Certain features or services offered by StarPEDIA may have additional terms and conditions. By using StarPEDIA features or services, you agree to comply with the respective supplementary terms.

Prohibition of Use

You agree not to use StarPEDIA for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include, but not limited:

Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Circumventing or attempting to circumvent StarPEDIA's security measures.
Uploading or transmitting any harmful or malicious content.
Leaving any harmful or offensive comments.

StarPEDIA Account Registration and Requirements

a. Registration. By registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activities under your account. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when opening a StarPEDIA account and agree to timely update any information you provide to StarPEDIA to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information. Each User (including a person, business, or legal entity) may maintain only one main account at any time.b. Eligibility. By registering to use a StarPEDIA account, you represent and warrant that: (i) as an individual, you are at least 18 or are of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable laws; (ii) as an individual, legal person, or other organization, you have the full legal capacity and sufficient authorizations to enter into these Terms; (iii) you have not been previously suspended or removed from using the StarPEDIA platform or the StarWALLET services.

Please note that various countries' legal requirements may restrict the products and services that StarPEDIA can lawfully provide. Accordingly, some products and services and certain functionality within the StarPEDIA Platform may not be available or restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions or to certain usersc. Account Usage Requirements. StarPEDIA can only be used by the account registrant. StarPEDIA and StarWORKS Global reserves the right to suspend, freeze or cancel the use of StarPEDIA accounts by persons other than the account registrant. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and password, you should immediately notify StarPEDIA admin or StarWORKS Global. StarPEDIA and StarWORKS Global assume no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the StarPEDIA or StarWALLET account by you or any third party with or without your authorization.d. Account Security.

StarPEDIA Services

StarPEDIA provides a range of services, including but not limited to:

Article Posting.
Comment sections.
Vijay' Corner.
Gamification that allow registered users to receive badges and earn points.
Listen to this article

StarPEDIA reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, feature, or functionality without prior notice.

Liabilities

When you use the StarPEDIA platform, you agree and undertake to comply with the following provisions:

Your use of the StarPEDIA platform and services should not violate public interests, public morals, or the legitimate interests of others, including any actions that would interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or prohibit other Users from using the StarPEDIA platform and services.
Without prior written consent from StarPEDIA and StarWORKS Global, you may not modify, replicate, duplicate, copy, download, store, further transmit, disseminate, transfer, disassemble, broadcast, publish, remove, or alter any copyright statement or label, or license, sub-license, sell, mirror, design, rent, lease, private label, grant security interests in the properties or any part of the properties, or create their derivative works or otherwise take advantage of any part of the properties.

Please be aware that all official announcements, news, promotions, competitions, and airdrops will be listed on https://www.starworksglobal.com/news

USERS UNDERTAKE TO REFER TO THESE MATERIALS REGULARLY AND PROMPTLY. STARPEDIA AND STARWORKS GLOBAL WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE IN ANY MANNER OF COMPENSATION SHOULD USERS INCUR PERSONAL LOSSES ARISING FROM IGNORANCE OR NEGLIGENCE OF THE ANNOUNCEMENTS.

Termination of Agreement

You agree that StarPEDIA shall have the right to immediately suspend your StarPEDIA account (and any accounts beneficially owned by related entities or affiliates), freeze or lock the StarWALLET or points in all such accounts, and suspend your access to StarPEDIA and StarWALLET for any reason including if StarPEDIA and StarWORKS Global suspects any such accounts to be in violation of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws and regulations.

You agree that StarPEDIA and StarWORKS Global shall not be liable to you for any permanent or temporary modification of your StarPEDIA account or suspension or termination of your access to all or any portion of StarPEDIA services. StarPEDIA and StarWORKS Global shall reserve the right to keep and use the transaction data or other information related to such StarPEDIA accounts.

The above accounts controls may also be applied in the following case:

The StarPEDIA account is subject to a governmental proceeding, criminal investigation or other pending litigation;
We detect unusual activities in the StarPEDIA account;
We detect unauthorized access to the StarPEDIA account;
We are required to do so by a court order or command by a regulatory/government authority.
